公司有一支專業(yè)的技術(shù)團(tuán)隊(duì)，現(xiàn)有模具設(shè)計(jì)工程師5人，壓鑄工程師9人，夾具技師6人，各項(xiàng)技術(shù)人才若干，大部分技術(shù)人才均有在外資壓鑄企業(yè)10年以上工作經(jīng)歷，能自主設(shè)計(jì)各種復(fù)雜的壓鑄模及數(shù)控夾具（氣動(dòng)、液壓）、專用刀具、測(cè)具。使用專業(yè)軟件進(jìn)行模流分析。在流道技術(shù)和精密加工上經(jīng)驗(yàn)豐富。具備獨(dú)立的壓鑄工藝分析、壓鑄模設(shè)計(jì)制造、壓鑄自動(dòng)化生產(chǎn)調(diào)試、精密加工等全過程開發(fā)和加工能力。
Sixing has a professional technical team , with 5 mould design engineers, 9 die-casting engineers, 6 fixture technician and so on. Most of the technical personnel have over 10 years experience in foreign die-casting enterprises , who can independently design various complex die-casting molds and CNC fixtures (pneumatic , hydraulic), special tools and measuring tools.We perform mold flow analysis by professional software , and have rich experience on flow process and precision machining.We have full process development and processing capacity to make die-casting process analysis, mold design and manufacture, automatic production and precision machining.
